Is an extremely bright and sunny house, not only because of its marble floors and white walls decorated in style, but also because of the sun that illuminates every room throughout the day.

Upon entering, there is a hallway and a guest bathroom. Next, you can access the individual closed kitchen with a window to the outside and all new appliances. From the hallway, there is access to the spacious staircase leading to the main en-suite bedroom, as well as access to the living room and the secondary en-suite bedroom.

The living room has a Nordic-style dining table with 4 chairs, a fireplace, and a 49-inch 4K television with Netflix and Amazon Prime included, as well as 1 Gb Wi-Fi connection. The living room connects to a terrace with plants of 12 square meters, among which the “dama de noche” stands out, giving a special scent typical of Marbella during the night. The terrace has seating and a dining table with 6 settings.

The ground floor bedroom has 2 beds, a complete bathroom, and a series of spacious solid wood wardrobes with large drawers. The beds have high-quality 30 cm thick viscoelastic mattresses.

The main bedroom is very spacious (120 sqm) and is flanked by two terraces. It is a very bright room. It has a black faux leather headboard that covers the entire wall with two ceiling lamps that give it a modern and cozy touch. This room has an en-suite bathroom with two sinks for washing up, a bidet, a toilet, and a very large bathtub for 2 people. From the bedroom and bathroom, there is access to an outdoor terrace of 10 sqm with loungers for relaxing, plants, and sea views.

Finally, on the top floor, there is a rooftop solarium with a seating area for 10 people, a built-in barbecue, and a dining table to enjoy the incredible views of the sea, mountains, and the entire golf valley area.

The urbanization where it is located is called Aloha Royal. It is an Andalusian little town with gardens and two swimming pools, which can be used. The area is very quiet on the slope of the Golf Valley, on a street with palm trees and spectacular villas. A few meters from the urbanization, there is also the Turtle Lake, another special place in Marbella where you can fish, walk and spend a different day.

The Golf Valley area is a 5-minute drive to Puerto Banus and has famous restaurants and clubs, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, and all services. Additionally, the Golf Valley area is connected to San Pedro de Alcántara, where all services are available, as well as a beach area with restaurants and beach bars.

The Golf Valley is connected by the Istán road to the Olivia Valere nightclub and the town of Marbella.
